    The staff was very accommodating .

    The room I stayed in had a strange layout. The toilet had no door, uncomfortable for privacy. The water shower was frustrating due to low pressure and water temperature fluctuations.

    The room was large and well laid out, I had fine experience.

    The location in a business area was unbeatable and stunning and there were shopping centers and a market nearby. Halim Perdanakusuma airport was hardly 17 minutes away by car. Everyone who worked there was excellent and cooperative. Everything was really good, including amazing breakfast with delicious varieties.

    It was lively and pleasant, different from usual hotels in design and atmosphere, easily navigated, a comfortable room, good room service, helpful reception staff who were quickly available, helpful but non-intrusive staff generally. Very nice shower, good range of TV channels, free wireless internet much appreciated.

    I would prefer the bedroom toilet in its own room for visual privacy. Like many hotels apparently offering a choice of temperature in the rooms we were unable to control the temperature. If I raised the temperature it sprand immediately back to 21 degrees - annoying. I was not keen on the design of the lobby, too self-conciously arty. I liked its difference to the usual lobby but not keen on the unfinished industrial space look in the main lobby area.

    The unique bathroom design added so much space. I loved the cozy bed and efficient front office service. Plus, being next to the Central Park Mall was a game changer for finding food and shopping!

    Excellent service, really good nights sleep in a confortable bed, the shower was superb

    Rooms seemed as if they were not finished!! bare plaster on some of the walls!! very unusual!!

    Had a fantastic group trip with friends! We spent time visiting the Jakarta Aquarium and shopping at the nearby mall. The hotel had a great breakfast spread and the location was perfect for our outings. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the early check-in when we arrived.

    The only downside was the bathroom setup, which lacked sufficient privacy for those sharing a room. It might be a little awkward if you're not alone.

    Perfect hospitality, and the vibrant mall nearby kept my evenings exciting. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the room was luxurious.

    Location.

    The pictures on the wall and the decorations in the lobby are so strange to me. They look quite horrible and make me feel uncomfortable. The room is small and I dont know why they setup the bed so high. I need to climb up to the bed.

    Really good Stay for the Family!

    Its a brand new hotel. Everything in good condition. Staff is friendly and attentive.

    Artsy chairs are not ergonomically designed. Transparent shower stalls, while unique, will make sharing rooms with friends very difficult.
